How can we help?
Everything you need to get set up and use Form2PDF — from your first client to your first signed document.
Three steps to a signed, delivered form.
1. Enter client details once
Add a client by hand, or import a whole list from a CSV file in one pass.
2. Choose category & jurisdiction
Pick what the client needs — Form2PDF auto-fills every required form for that category and country from the details already on file.
3. Deliver — bundled, signed, tracked
Download the signature-ready PDF (or ZIP, if more than one form applies), send it to the client, and every step is logged automatically for your records.
Using Form2PDF, step by step
1. Add a client
In your dashboard, go to Clients → New client and enter their name, locale, and country (email and phone are optional). Already have a client list? See batch import below instead of typing them in one by one.
2. Or import a whole list at once
Go to Clients → Import CSV and upload a spreadsheet with columns name, contact_email, contact_phone, locale, country_code (any order, only name/locale/country_code are required). Every row is checked on its own — if one row has a problem, the rest of the batch still imports, and you just fix and re-upload the row that failed.
3. Fill and generate forms
Open a client and choose Submit a form. Pick the category and the client's country, and Form2PDF shows every field needed across all the forms that apply — fill it once. Submitting checks your answers immediately and generates every matching form as a real, signature-ready PDF right away.
4. Deliver the documents
On the submission's page, click Deliver. You'll get a secure, time-limited download link — a single PDF, or a ZIP if more than one form was generated. Tick "notify client" to also email the link automatically. The link works without a Form2PDF account, and it stops working on its own once it expires.
5. Request an e-signature (optional)
Click Request e-signature on a submission's page if you want the client to sign digitally instead of printing and scanning. This feature is fully built but not active yet, since it depends on a DocuSign account this project doesn't have set up yet.
6. Export or delete a client's data
On a client's page, Export data downloads everything held about them as a complete file. Delete data permanently removes the client, their submissions, and every generated document — including the files themselves, not just the database record.
7. Manage your plan and billing
Your subscription, plan, and payment method are all managed on Digi Soft Hub, the same place you signed up — there is nothing to configure inside Form2PDF itself.
Common questions
Straight answers about what Form2PDF does today — no roadmap promises.
What does Form2PDF actually do?
Form2PDF is a multi-tenant SaaS for consultants and agencies that onboard clients. You enter a client's details once, and Form2PDF auto-fills every form required for that client's category and jurisdiction, producing signature-ready PDFs — no retyping the same name, address or tax number into five separate documents.
How do I sign up or log in? Is there a separate Form2PDF account?
No — Form2PDF has no native password login. All sign-up and sign-in happen through Digi Soft Hub (digi-soft.app) — click "Sign in" or "Get started" above, or go to digi-soft.app/login?product=form2pdf directly. If you bookmarked an older Form2PDF login page, that's why it no longer works — Hub sign-in is now the only way in.
What does it cost, and is there a free plan?
Plans and billing are managed entirely through Digi Soft Hub, with real live Stripe and PayPal checkout — there's a free tier to try it, plus paid Starter and Business tiers with higher monthly PDF limits. Exact current pricing is shown on the Hub's subscribe page for Form2PDF.
What countries and forms does Form2PDF support?
Germany, English/Global and Arabic (UAE) templates are live today, including genuine right-to-left Arabic PDF output with a real embedded font, not a mirrored-layout trick. New jurisdictions are added as new templates, not app rewrites, so coverage keeps growing.
Can I import my existing client list instead of typing clients in one by one?
Yes — upload a CSV and Form2PDF imports every row as a client record in one pass. Rows with problems are reported individually, so one bad row never blocks the rest of the batch. This is a real, working feature, not a roadmap item.
Where is my data hosted, and is it GDPR-compliant?
Form2PDF runs on EU infrastructure (Hetzner). Client records and generated documents are encrypted at rest, every access is logged in an audit trail, and one click exports everything held about a client (Art. 20 portability) or permanently erases it, including the on-disk document files (Art. 17 erasure).
Are the generated PDFs safe to send, and are download links secure?
Documents are never served from a guessable file path — every download link is cryptographically signed and time-limited, so a link that leaks or gets forwarded on stops working on its own. Every generated PDF is laid out signature-ready.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Subscription changes and cancellations are handled on Digi Soft Hub, the same place you subscribed — there's nothing to manage inside Form2PDF itself.
